Screenprinting with Christine Felce

ABOUT THE COURSE:
Learn the basics of screenprinting. Create several photo stencils and experiment with overlaying colours. A good introduction to using the screen beds, textile table, and exposure units at the GPC.
This course is suitable for all levels.
ABOUT THE TUTOR:
Christine studied fine art at University of Cardiff and continued with an MA at the Royal College of Art. Her work is held in international collections. Some of the spaces she has exhibited include the cloisters of Gloucester Cathedral, the Ruskin Mill gallery, The Street Gallery in London and in Havana, Cuba.
In 2014 Christine worked as Artist in residence at Matemwa Zanzibar Tanzania. She has also worked in the public realm for The Bigger Picture. Christine teaches at West Dean College in Chichester, New Brewery Arts and a variety of pop up classes around Gloucestershire. She is currently the Chair of the GPC.
TO BOOK THIS COURSE:

To avoid double booking, please email us if you have sent a cheque. Confirmation of your place will be made by email within a week of receiving payment.
Terms and Conditions:
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit or the full cost of the course. If you paid a deposit, the balance must be paid 28 days before the course starts. Bookings made within one month of the start date must be paid in full. If full payment is not made, you risk losing your place on the course and deposit. If full payment is not made, you will not be allowed to start the course.
Your deposit, or the sum of £50, will be lost If you cancel at short notice (less than 2 weeks before the course start). If your place cannot be filled, no monies will be returned
Please note that it is sometimes necessary for tutors to be passed your e-mail address for the purpose of running the workshop.
COST: £130 for non-members, and £120 for members. All materials are included, but there may be extra materials to buy over the weekend, payable to the tutor.
