Making Contact/Ta Kontakt is a Swedish/UK contemporary print collection of 39 Swedish and UK printmakers, curated by Grafiska Sällskapet and the Gloucestershire Printmaking Cooperative. An international print project culminating in the second of two shows at Sixteen Gallery. The first, well received exhibition, was at the Grafiska Sallskäpet Gallery in Stockholm, in May/June 2023.
This show highlights the collaborative process, showing prints that illustrate the trust that has developed between the printmakers. It is fascinating to see how the various pairs have brought their ideas together, working in close harmony.
